Gamescon 2013

No I am not in Germany, no I am not at Gamescon. Everything I talk about is from pure perspective right now. I do know that I have enjoyed seeing everything be premiered at Gamescon. I love seeing the new trailers even though they may not be for games I am not planning to purchase or play. I like seeing everything new especially knowing that the Xbox One and PS4 launches this fall.
Xbox this year is looking good despite all the bad press it does have a good line-up of games and great features being premiered this year. It's cool to see that everything here should be top notch and fun for gamers. Their only-press conference yesterday has been released to some extent but seeing what was talked about is nice and knowing that Microsoft is bringing new content while staying true to what people know and like in a sense is nice to see. I'm excited for many of the new games this fall and definitely for the rest of the games set for next year and years to come.
Playstation is also having a nice line-up with Killzone Shadow Fall and Infamous Second Son. Seeing their emphasis on the Vita and their Indie developers means to me that the company sees what it has and expands on it. The Vita is appearing to be heavily included into the Playstation Network and the interaction is great. Also knowing that games like Journey and Ico are being expanded and new series are creating games like Rime. It appears plenty of Indie games are still making it's way to the Playstation.
